2) Write a Goal and Smart Objective(s) about the number of volunteer hours you would like to log and where prior to graduation [You may NOT use your internship placement].
3) Linked to the responses in #2, draft a paragraph response addressing the steps you will take to achieve the stated goal and objective.
4) As a future supervisor in the CHHS field, consider some challenges you may have with managing volunteers. List and explain at least three valid challenges and how you would work to prevent them or be proactive.
