This task is about developing an evidence based policy to address quality and safety as a component of their role as health service managers. This policy should include key components of policy writing which is definitions, guiding principles, patient expectations, roles and responsibilities, standards, clinical governance and incident management. Quality and safety issue will be the same as last task of medication errors in hospital wards and in Australian context. I have attached all files needed which also has a marking criteria and what’s needed. This has to be policy made.
