Your first entry should be focused on the beginning stages of getting your project started. Provide a very brief overview, perhaps similar to an elevator pitch of what your project is and talk about what you are doing to get started. You can include any work you are doing with the community to engage stakeholders or administrative things to get your survey up and running or interview questions put together.
