Communicated a set of values in their leadership practice and what those specific values were, and,
Built a sense of community among teams, departments, and within the culture of the organization.
Ask these same individuals to identify leaders , for whom they have worked, who
failed to communicate values or build community in their leadership practice.
Of these two different types of leaders, which contributed to their own understanding and practice of leadership and management?
