While you are watching this part, think about the history of the potato and its impacts on human civilization. The video also discusses the idea of genetically modified organisms (GMOs), a topic covered in this week’s textbook reading. In your post, discuss your reaction to the history of the potato. Also, discuss your opinions on GMOs, using evidence to support your argument for/against the use of GMOs.
