To create your poster: PLEASE USE THE STUDY THAT IS UPLOADED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS TO BASE THE POSTER ON. PLEASE USE THE TEMPLATE THAT I POSTED IN INSTRUCTIONS AND THE GRADIC RUBIC.
a) Create a PowerPoint poster -like you will be presenting your findings at a conference, by using the study’s abstract as a guide. Identify in the Abstract the elements that are commonly included:
· The title – Conveys the project’s significance
· Background/Significance of the Problem -Identification of the problem
· Clinical question -Study PICOT question (of the study selected-read carefully to find the main research question).
OUR PICO QUESTION IS: Is using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy more effective than Benzodiazepines medications at reducing anxiety symptoms in young Asian women diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder?
· Purpose -What you set up to do
· Methods -How do you find the evidence (databases, keywords, inclusion and exclusion criteria).
· Synthesis of evidence -Clinical appraisal of literature/best evidence guiding practice change
· Change -Proposed change in practice discussed
· Implementation Strategies -Describe an approach to the project and how the outcomes will be evaluated.
· Discussion/Conclusions/Implications -Integration into practice, lessons learned from this project, and the implications in nursing practice
· References -Include at least 5 references that are no more than 10 years old.
b) Use American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition guidelines in the preparation of the Poster.
