PART ONE :
The goal for the Reform Essays is to describe (1) a reform that you would make to the current legal system relevant to children and the law (2) research that supports your proposed reform.
Any reform will have pros and cons. We are not seeking to eradicate all of the problems with a singular reform. We function under the adage of “Better is Good.” But please do acknowledge any potential problems that may arise with implementing the suggested reform (e.g., Will law enforcement like the idea? Is it expensive?).
Essays should be approximately 400 to 500 words in length. Please cite your sources in APA style both in text and in a references section. Your references section does not count towards the 400 to 500 words.
For this Essay, the topic should be related to something that you learned about in Module 2.

PART THREE : DISCUSSION POST
your Initial Post should discuss the issues surrounding Children as Witnesses in Criminal Courts.
Specifically, in the Worksheet for this Module, you learned that you are working with a student organization. Imagine that the student organization with which you are working has asked you to come up with a slogan for their organization. The slogan should incorporate both (a) some of the research that you learned in the chapter and (b) a pitch for why students should help children who are testifying in criminal court. Post your proposed pitch to the group.
