b) Identify some suitable performance measures to evaluate the success or effectiveness of the operations process.
c) Utilize these measures to: i. Understand what the process should accomplish and what it does regarding the gaps you identified in Stage 1.
ii. Provide a detailed description of how the current processes are working.
