and how they have either created or exacerbated the context for that problem.
-Provide
a few paragraphs explanation on the history and causes of the problem (other
than the VUCA causes identified already) and identify any previous efforts to
address it and the outcome of those efforts.
-Present
a plan for how adaptive leadership could be used at the community level to mobilize community members to
learn new ways of dealing with the problem, and not rely solely on government
officials to do so. Be sure to include specific elements from the
adaptive leadership model we have studied in this course in your proposed
