I am doing one segment ( Kohl’s largest customer demographic group is women aged 35-54. The company’s private-label offerings are mainly geared to serving this demographic, and its own brands account for as much as 70% of its women’s apparel sales).
There should be at least two different segments. In-depth detail of Customer Profile & Segmentation, including the target’s demographics, psychographics, values, interes​‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌​ts, and media consumption habits.
It should also include their attitudes and behaviors related to the product category (some overlap with the situational analysis section is acceptable) and the brand (primary research must not include students from the class).
