Develop your ideas through clearly defined subtopics supported with copious detail from the primary sources.

Remember when using a source in ANY way (paraphrase, quotation, ideas, etc.), you must acknowledge your source(s) both in the body of your paper and in the Works Cited/Bibliography page. Remember that failure to acknowledge sources constitutes plagiarism and carries serious penalties (see student handbook).
Six primary sources are used.
Abstract written for research paper will be in the form of a letter to senator/representative.

Peer-reviewed journal article used.
Poll and/or survey used.
