Professor made the following notes: good opening – Kaiser website needed to be cited – and reference to copeland needed some quotes as it appears to be directly copied and pasted. Member Status: good status description, but the definition of Kaiser as community should have come from our course material, interviews – I read this section serveal times, and from referenceing Copeland, and the language of this section, it sounds like you did not actually interview these 3 employees, but copied and pasted from this article no APA reference to personal communication. Cultural humility lessons learned – same with this section – which should have been written from a personal insight vs. a research paper where again, you are referencing outside peer-reviewed articles when all you needed to do was integrate the myriad of relevant material from our course. Even your last paragraph ounds copied and pasted. Conclusion – Even your conclusion, which is a “in your own words: recap of your paper, seems like it came directly from one of your sources.
