im currently doing clinicals as a beareavement manager and i call patients dmailies who have recently passed. the greatest challenge i fave is having to call these people after their loved one had passed and sometimes they dont wantto be remined or discuss what they need. the other challenge was keep track of the people i left a vociemal with and they call back and dont want to he called rearid g the death of their loved one .
