Actually, I am trying to format in APA 7 double spaces and comes to around 5 pages
The guidelines:
Plan your community health promotion projects based on priority action statements and goals.
1. Health Promotion Strategies and Evidenced Informed Interventions: Identify and discusses the planned health promotion strategies (1-2) and subsequent interventions (at least 2 per strategy). Include the rationale as to how the strategies align with the project goal. Incorporates theories or models to guide interventions. 2. Process Objectives: Identify process objectives that specify actions the team will take leading to achievement of the impact objectives and ultimately the health goal. Plan the interventions into manageable steps and answer the question “What should the team take to bring about each of the impact objectives?” (Refer to Diem & Moyer pages 177-186).
3. Impact Objectives: Identifies impact objectives that specify the measurable changes in learning, behaviour, and/or environment that need to occur to achieve the health goal. (Refer to Diem & Moyer pages 177-186).
NOTE: Process and Impact Objectives may be presented in table format.
