The Importance of Women Breaking the glass ceiling in politics

Individual paper and presentation: Each student will be required to write a research paper on
a topic related to Diversity in the Workplace using the APA format.
1. There should be 6 sources of reference (5 journal articles and the text book.)
2. An APA format Cover Page with (Running head 🙂 needs to be submitted.
3. Each page should be numbered using correct APA format.
4. Citations should be done using the proper in-text APA format e.g. (Griffin, 2019, p. xx)
5. An end of paper Reference Page, is required e.g. Griffin, R. W. (2019). Fundamentals of
Management (9th edition). Boston, MA: Cengage Learning.
In addition, an Assignment Cover Sheet (certification, see Appendix) is required with each
assignment.
**Note: All Journal Articles must be Peer Reviewed and no older than 5 years**
Each student should submit the paper and Power Pt. slides through Canvas. The length of the
paper should be 10 pages not including the cover page and reference page.
The Power Pt. presentations should be 10 minutes or less with approximately 5 power point
slides in bullet form only.

Team Case Analysis and Presentation: Each student will be assigned to a team. The team will
make a presentation based on a case analysis that the lecturer will assign. The cases will be
chosen from both the text and other relevant sources. The presentations should be 10 to 15
minutes with approximately 5 power point slides in bullet form only.
