This assignment is a DISCUSSION POST for the JUSTICE 350 “Victimization” class and reads as follows: Week Four Discussion Board
Jenny is a senior at Finish High School, and she has been dating Johnny for most of the school year. The school year is coming to an end, and Jenny and Johnny have decided to attend colleges on opposite sides of the United States. Because of the distance between the two schools, Jenny has decided to end the relationship with Johnny. Johnny has difficulty with the break-up. Instead of accepting it, Johnny begins sending Jenny nasty and degrading text messages and emails. Then the messages change to threats. Jenny asks Johnny to stop, but he does not stop. Jenny changes her e-mail account and her phone number, but somehow Johnny finds her new information. With the new information, Johnny begins the threatening messages again.

Based on this information, is Jenny a victim of cyberstalking? Why or why not? How should she proceed?
