By successfully engaging in this assignment you will:
*Understand a physical environment that engages all students (2.1)
*Understand establishing and maintaining standards for student behavior  (2.4)
*Understand establishing a climate that promotes fairness and respect  (2.2)
For each step, provide some evidence from previous fieldwork (if you ever worked in a classroom) or read from the required texts for this course.  Each response needs to be detailed and at least one paragraph in length.
