Write your personal idea about the potential reform of the United Nations. Is it necessary? If so, in what regard, how the UN and its major bodies (namely the SC) should be transformed? Analyze especially its ability to implement and enforce its policies and resolutions. Formulate your personal position on the topic, however, use and quote sufficiently the relevant literature and other sources. This part should make about 2/3 of your text.
