Write a comprehensive analysis (5-7 pages) of an adverse event or
near miss event. Integrate research and data on the event to propose a
quality improvement (QI). Prefer the adverse event be related to
patient falls or medication errors. Hospital setting should be a hosptial
in the USA, preferrable a hospital in the Tampabay or Clearwater Florida area. Please read ALL the information in the instructions carefully
and include all highlighted areas in the paper you write.
Also attached is a sample paper which received an A.
