Session 1 Graphing Review Assignment Understanding basic graphing of behavioral

Session 1 Graphing Review Assignment
Understanding basic graphing of behavioral information is essential when reviewing data in an applied setting. Your assigned reading in Chapter 3 will provide a thorough and informative explanation behind how graphing is properly done and applied in the field.
Complete the assigned reading and watch the video content on graphing behavior data. After reviewing this information, submit this short assignment to display your ability to apply this knowledge. For your assignment, answer the following questions from your textbook. These are questions 9 and 10 from the practice test in Miltenberger (2016, p. 62) as well as Application problem #2 from page 63:
What is an A-B design? What do A and B refer to?
What is an A-B-A-B reversal design?
Using your newfound knowledge of ABAB graphing, respond to problem 2 on page 63 and create a graph of the data for electricity usage each month in both baseline and intervention. Be sure to label the X and Y axes, provide units and increments for each axis (e.g., months, kilowatts), graph each data point, and include phase lines and phase labels. Please also provide a brief summary (two to three sentences) of your conclusions about the effectiveness of the intervention after reviewing the ABAB graph.
You may submit your example graph in MS Excel or you may draw it by hand and scan it as a PDF file.
