Learning Goal: I’m working on a business writing question and need guidance to help me learn.Request: This is a continuation of the previous tasks. Due to that, this part needs to be related to the our proposed business plans which I attached in word document ( there are two documents – Target Market for Game Time and Game Time Business Introduction). Due to that, this is a personalized work so there is no point in retrieving documents from any external websites as they won’t be relevant. You need to read the two attached files so you have an idea of what the business is about and then write a minimum of 3 pages, double spaced, Times New Roman which continues the idea as directed below. For this part of the assignment you will perform a competitive analysis of your proposed business (Game Time). The goal is to expand your businesses competitive advantages; the benefits that your proposed business can offer the customer that your competition cannot provide. Please include: What unique obstacles exist for your company?
Review your top two competitors, explain: what markets or market segments the competitors serve;
what benefits the competitors offer;
why customers buy from them;
as much as possible about their products and/or services, pricing, and promotion.
Is there a service that customers want that they do not supply?
How is your business going to compete with each of these companies?
