I need to write an 800-word speech that offers a satirical proposal to solve an actual real-world problem like Jonathan Swift’s modest proposal. I need to present the problem, offer my proposal; and then support the benefit of your proposal with solid claims and evidence. There is an outline I attached that has some completed information, however, I need more about how my proposal would be put into place. The proposal should be very satirical just like the writing piece “a modest proposal.”
