This essay is for the short/long term goals for MBA admission. please i need your help to proof read and re-write as you see necessary. i will also like your feedback if you may.

– Short term:
The energy industry is going through a major new market disruption, that will eventually re-shape the landscape of how the energy market will look like in the near future. Essentially, the biggest job to be done facing the energy outlook is to solve the current dual challenge- the need for more energy and less carbon.
The expected human development and the energy consumption trends emphasizing the need for more energy, but at the same time it highlights that the current path of fossil fuels is not consistent with meeting the world climate goals, and the need for carbon emissions to fall. Solving this dual challenge of more energy-less carbon requires a fundamental-pivotal change, which is a responsibility the world leaders are embracing today. This change will require a well calculated balance between the energy demand and where the money is invested today, hand-in-hand with the associated environmental impact. I want to spend the next chapter of my career helping the market transition vision to thrive both economically and environmentally.
My short-term goal is to join the new energy mergers and acquisitions department in Schlumberger with focus on sustainability. As a long-time leading enabler for the O&G industry, along with the talents and the global footprint, I believe Schlumberger will play a key role in the short and long-term energy transition goals.
With my professional experience in operations management, technical sales, marketing and supply chain, combined with an MBA degree from RICE business school, I believe I will have the right tools, mindset and understanding to help balancing the needs for the transition and make accurate business decisions.
My long-term
I am still trying to figure out my long-term career goal, but so far, I narrowed down my goals to two paths I am equally interested about:
1- To establish an e-commerce that provides B2B and customer to customer sales services through its web portal with main focus on empowering small independent manufacturers in Africa, serving a population of +1.3 billion, operating from Cairo, Egypt.
2- To play a leading role in supporting the Egyptian government with energy sustainability goals through technology deployment. My goal is to become the energy sustainability director for the ministry of energy in Egypt.
