You will research a legal topic of interest to you or your employer. The topic should relate to the law studied in one of the chapters of the textbook. The paper should be at least eight pages not counting the cover page or references page.
First, you will select a topic. Then use various means to ascertain what the past and present law is on the topic. Then, look at how the law might change in the future based on public policy (political) implications. Next, address the general business implications that all organizations face. After that, discuss the specific implications for your organization. Finally, make a recommendation to your organization for immediate or future action. Include headings for the major sections of your paper. Note: these bolded items above make good headings within the paper. Be sure to use APA style for this paper. Include a minimum of eight references on your reference page.
