You are required to include a minimum of 7 sources that we used from the course ( Book (Indigenous Methodologies by Margaret Kovach, An Indigenous storywork metholodology, ways of knowing being and doing: a theorectical framework and methods for indigneous and indigenist research, Unbecoming claims: Pedagogies of refusal in Qualitative Research, Canada’s First PhD in law delivered partly beadwork, beading becomes an Anti-oppressive research. for your term paper and all 7 be included in your annotated bibliography, including a minimum of 2 outside sources taht you feel at this point is applicable to your term paper. A total of 9 sources. I am looking for one paragraph for each source and a brief statement (3-5 sentences) at the top of your page outlining the topic you were considering for term paper (nothing in stone) , this allows me an opportunity to give you specific feedback and get you thinking about your research for the term paper.
Main types of annotated bibliographies:
*summary/descriptive-provides a concise overview of the main arguements, evidence presented, and conclusions
*critical/evaluations- in addition to providing an overview , analzying the content, comments on the strengths and weaknesses of the arguements, evidence and conclusions, explains the usefulness of the source for your research
*combination-most annotated bibliographys assignments require that you include both an overview and evaluation comments.
> Annotated bibliographies organize sources alphabetically by the first authors last name
Your presentation and term paper can not be the same topic, but interrelated of course.
