Read the story about Progressive Insurance (Megson & Hammer, 2004) as a
foundation for your presentation. Your task is to act like a business reporter covering a story for a business news network.
You are expected to provide a summary of the human
resources, technology, and process improvement efforts explained by Megson
and Hammer, and then provide a grade of A-F on the company performance. You
are expected to give a grade on each of the summary elements and then an
overall grade of the company’s performance. Your news and grading should be no
more than 5 minutes. You are expected to submit a transcript of your video to
