Write an annotated bibliography with this thesis statement that you worked on before “The emergence of Livestream videos on Twitch and YouTube and the high demand for video games has invented a lucrative opportunity for charity organizations to raise funds using gamers.”
Instructions are as follows:
“An annotated bibliography is a list of citations to books, book chapters, academic articles, and other
sources. Each citation is followed by a brief descriptive and evaluative paragraph: the annotation. The
purpose of the annotation is to inform the reader of the content, relevance, accuracy, and quality of the
sources cited. Annotations are not mere summaries. They are descriptive, like summaries, but they are
also critical: They discuss the author’s point of view, clarity, style, authority, credibility etc.
For this assignment, you will cite and annotate FOUR sources. Your bibliography will include one
academic article, one book chapter, one newspaper article, and one more source of any type.
Annotations are usually about 180 words, but for this assignment, each annotation (not including the
citation) must be in a minimum of 150 words. Each annotation must include at least one effective
quotation. The Annotated Bibliography must follow the latest MLA style of formatting and
documentation.
As this annotated bibliography is part of the process of writing your final research paper, you will
provide your working thesis statement at the top of your paper.
The paper must follow MLA, using 1” margins, and 12 point Times New Roman Font. ”
Make sure to cite and annotate four sources, one academic article, one book chapter article, one newspaper article, and one more source of any type.
