Video 1 regards the general concept of gravitational lensing and gravitational microlensing.
Video 2 focuses on an application of gravitational microlensing, used to detect exoplanets (planets orbiting other stars). To date (October 12, 2021), 116 exoplanets have been discovered using the gravitational microlensing method. See the latest number at this website:
