Objectives:
1. Synthesis and characterization of lignin monomers to see their impacts on enzymatic hydrolysis
2. Synergism of amaranth proteins’ amino acids on phenolic and non-phenolic compounds as well as insoluble lignin components (H, G, S).
3. Synergism of single amaranth proteins’ amino acids with single enzymes
4. Role of expressed critical peptides from amaranth proteins’ amino acids into cellulase producers to increase their products.
