This will be a compilation of the entire QI process that you used to plan, implement and evaluate your QI project. You should include the planning process, implementation, data analysis, significance of changes made, impact to practice and patient outcomes, lessons learned, evaluation of the project (what worked/didn’t work, what can be done to improve for the future). I have attached the final version of the paper, the planning progress paper, and grading rubric. Please use the planning progress paper to make corrections on the QI final paper.
