This week’s paper will require you to reflect on your personal leadership traits and identify what will skills you possess that will make you a successful intelligence community leader. For this assignment, identify and discuss:
1. A leadership trait you possess that will make you a good leader.
– What makes this trait desirable in the leadership community?
– How will this trait make you a successful leader?
2. A leadership weakness you would like to improve.
– Why will improving this skill help you be a better leader?
– What do you need to improve this leadership skill?
This paper should be a minimum of 3 pages, double space, Times New Roman, 12 font, with one-inch margins, and supported with our readings and your own outside research. Please use APA7 format.
My leadership traits are that I am an effective communicator and supporter. My weakness is I struggle with conflict, while I am great at communicating and supporting my peers, I have trouble dealing with conflict.
