Do a literature review on the landmark ICD clinical trials that have shaped the ACC/AHA/HRS/CHRS guidelines for ICD implant.
I am not expecting you to list all of the clinical trials over the last 20 yrs. I would like you to discuss the major trials that have resulted in a few of the Class I and Class II indications, and any subsequent trials that support the landmark trials’ evidence.
