This is group report. I just need engage objectives part. I think for engage objectives you can set some email with discount for our customer who just bought our protein bar. Also, if the customer is in our loyalty program. When he or she reach certain level credits, they can get some benefits, like some fitness app service or some fitness online video classes and so on.
For KPIS need some references and some real industry data to support why you set that KPIS.
