This assignment requires you to submit a copy of the completed document for the course. This document must include:
transmittal document
a title page,
a summary,
a list of visuals if necessary,
a table of contents,
the body of your paper (introduction, discussion and conclusion/recommendations) which must be a minimum of 15 to a maximum of 20 pages [double-spaced] that is properly supported with in-text documentation,
must contain a minimum of two visuals,
a references page (APA format),
Your document must be accompanied by a letter of transmittal which identifies the topic, the date requested, an indication of what is to be covered and an acknowledgment of anyone that assisted you with the paper.
