The first paragraph should be a summary of the reading, and the second paragraph should be a personal opinion or outlook of what you personally agree or disagree with from the reading (what you liked, what you didn’t like, etc). The reading is attached below (The Communist Manifesto). I have also attached an example of a previous Rhetorical Precis that I have submitted.
