The assignment is 4 FULL pages in length, in APA format, Calibri 12 font, 1” margins all around.
Citations/references in the body of the report and separate cover and refence pages. 10 points
are allotted to following these directions.

The first two of the four pages of the assignment is to research Transactional and
Transformational Leadership styles with one full page devoted to each ( 25 points each)
Included in the report is a thorough analysis of each approach. Include any relevant information
you feel appropriate such as examples of who is person is that possesses the style, or
organizations employing the style with a supporting description of their culture. Most
importantly how effective is the style as it contributes to organization results. Helpful tip: if you
need more information to fill the minimum requirement, I recommend researching the Theory
X and Theory Y model and how it relates to your research.
The third full page is devoted to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. What is it and how does it works
and your personal learning from the model? NOTICE- A cut and pasted copy of the pyramid
does not count as space in the 4 full pages. Include it, if used, on a sperate page. (20 points)
The fourth full page is a personal analysis of a leadership style you would use in supervising
others. Include why you feel it is effective for you and why. You are NOT limited to the two
styles above or Maslow’s model. The results from the “Getting to Know Yourself “assignment
can be helpful. (20 points).
