The aim of my search is to explore the available methods to reduce the amount of iodine contrast medium used in computed tomography (quantitative research design/PEO framework).
The needed section is the results chapter which consists of 7 studies, I will attached them here and I will list their citations too:

You can call them paper 1- paper 10(?) and then refer to them as that in analysis. Or just refer to them as the author.
What should you do:
1- A table of overview of the quality appraisal using the Qual Syst tool (will be attached as well) Kmet, L.M., Cook, L.S. and Lee, R.C., 2004. Standard quality assessment criteria for evaluating primary research papers from a variety of fields.
2- A narrative of the quality appraisal. You may also consider different types of bias that are not on this checklist and their limitations.
3- Then, ‘thematic analysis’. This will be subheadings based on the main themes you have found. This might be the different dose saving methods, study designs. And a narrative on the article’s results. You should pull tables from your data extraction into this section to demonstrate these points.
Please adjust the data extraction field in the column on the first sheet to suit the articles. You should use the quality appraisal sheet as it is. You need to pull the results from the articles to answer the question.
In essence you are checking for statistical significance in each paper. You are not expected to do meta-analysis. I have attached a help sheet on hypothesis testing.
(Please use British English spelling, Harvard referencing style: in-text citation & final reference list).
