Make sure you cover all angles. Include this history of the ethical issue or issues, what laws or FAA rules may have been broken, or what laws protect against such unethical behavior/s. Think about things like ethics in aviation safety, ethics of pilots, airport administrators, air traffic controllers, even the ramp people, baggage handlers and many others, not limited to politicians with a stake in aviation, cities and municipalities with airports on them, and what about unethical behavior by airports themselves perhaps such as too many not climate friendly emissions, oil and fuel spills, flight attendants, passengers being unethical (lots of that lately,) etc…
