Comprehensively list all of the expenses that are associated with running a university press (Technology, headcount, ETC.) Do research & comparison of expenses, and how larger University presses are making revenue (subscriptions, marketing, donations, etc.), VERSUS how small university presses operate (expenses and make revenue). Create a Microsoft excel spreadsheet that lists the costs of running a university press, and the revenue opportunities (placing the cost items from top to bottom, in accounting format (debit on the left side, and credit on the right side)). Examples of large university presses include: Ohio state university press, duke university press, Georgetown university press.
