Remember, this is a research paper, not an opinion paper. Your voice/personal opinions should not be evident in your writing. These are two distinct questions. The first is focusing specifically on the history of Blacks in this country and current prison rates. The second is asking you to think critically about current culture and laws that may target certain groups of people and not others.
