Each student will individually (not with others) conduct an interview with a RCSM services manager or administrator (this does not include managers of restaurants, movie theaters, apparel or equipment stores, your family’s businesses, or similar). Also, the person you interview cannot be an employee of ISU, a current student, a family member, and they cannot be running their own one- or two-person business. The manager/administrator you select must supervise multiple employees as part of their responsibilities. Present your findings in a three page paper according to the guidelines below. Check with Dr. Rogers if you are not sure that the person you want to interview meets the requirements.
For this assignment, you are expected to arrange an In-person or Zoom/Skype meeting interview. For in-person interviewing, be sure to discuss the agency’s COVID guidelines for visitors and also be sure they are following CDC safety guidelines for visitors and meetings.
