Get the latest annual report of your company. You get the annual report from the company’s we-cite or from the SEC data bases (10-K). Requirements: Once you have the annual report of your firm, you are required to make financial statement analysis report on the company including (but not limited to) the following: 1. Nature of the company’s business, products and markets. 2. Analyze the Management report to shareholders: current performance and future plans. 3. Management certification of financial statements. 4. Auditor report on the company’s financial statements. 5. Do some ratio analysis of the firm using the financial statements numbers: – Performance ratios: Return on assets; return on equity, gross profit margin; net income margin. – Liquidity Measures: Current Ratio; working Capital; debt to equity ratio; debt to total assets. – Earnings per Share (EPS) and price earnings ratio (market price on date of balance sheet/EPS). 6.
