Assignment requirements (reflection) are also how was my team formed (via WhatsApp group), My role in the team (I did not get any specific role, however I was trying to keep everyone involved in the task). What have I learned about working as part of a team (I learned to accept someone else opinion and eventually have a ‘gut’ to correct them if something was not right)etc. What went well(We worked well as a group, however it needed some courage). What didn’t went well(communication as sometimes people weren’t responding for the messages and weren’t complying ).
