This is a promising topic and well-focused on The Big Boss. However, there are two big, related issues that should be addressed:
1) It largely reiterates what is discussed in Polly’s biography; and
2) It lacks a clear and coherent thesis to organize its analysis and distinguish its thesis/ argument.
It makes sense to discuss its production, but the paper would probably be stronger if it focused on an analysis of the film itself. Toward this end, the bibliography is very thin and not clearly relevant. The Bowman book might be helpful, but it is a complex, theoretical book and its insights might prove difficult to apply; but again it could be helpful. The Hu article is on Brucesploitation; what might be its relevance? Striking Thoughts is OK, if you are planning to incorporate some of BL’s own thoughts and ideas (although it is not great on this count, either; James Bishop’s book, Bruce Lee: Dynamic Becoming, is better). As for the Discovery link: I would strongly avoid it! There are some good sources on The Big Boss, as well as on the historical context of the late 1960s and early 1970s. I recommend the chapters by Poshek Fu on 1960s HK cinema and Stephen Teo on 1970s HK cinema.
