NPBEA The purpose of this assignment is to assess the degree of mastery of the national leadership standards. This will guide your further professional development as a leader. It is a longer than normal assignment but very important. Complete a summary and evaluation of experience for each of the ten NPBEA professional standards.  One summary and evaluation for each standard is required, regardless of the amount of time or number of activities accomplished in the particular leadership standard.  The summary and evaluation of each standard should be approximately one-half page and include the following:
•    Overview/summary of activities performed for the standard
•    Key learnings from the experience (knowledge, skill, and/or disposition)
•    Area(s) needing further experience and improvement
•    Personal assessment of the degree of mastery of the standard
Refer to the Table of Contents in your School Leader Intern text and note that the skill and performance areas for each standard are listed below the standard. For example, under Standard 1, intern activities 1-6 are listed. Review your log for activities completed for these areas (1-6) and reflections. Summarize the activities logged and learnings from your reflections in the 1-6 areas for bullets 1 and 2. For bullet 3, note areas needing further study and experience.
