A resume that aligns with that job (no spelling/writing/formatting errors)
A link to a LinkedIn profile that has an appropriate profile picture, a completed profile (work experience/education), and their Inbound Marketing certification. Students should send a request to connect with the instructor (Nick Schreck (Links to an external site.)) on LinkedIn.

A plan on how you plan to use your college experience to attain your entry-level dream job.
In total, this plan will be about 3-4 pages (it may be over or under–there is no minimum or maximum). Cover letter: 1 pageResume: 1 pageLink to LinkedIn profile: 2 linesA personal SWOT analysis: ½-¾ pagePlan: ¾-1 pageGrading:Cover letter: 10 points (states the job title, company, why they’re a great hire, and no writing errors)Resume: 10 points (no writing or formatting errors, highlights personal experiences in a way that puts student in a good light)LinkedIn profile: 10 points (appropriate picture, education and work experience (if applicable) sections are complete, Inbound Marketing certificate appears in an appropriate place)SWOT analysis: 10 points (student uses each area appropriately and has three or more points for each area)Plan: 10 points (no writing errors, student plans on utilizing experiences to make themselves a strong candidate for aforementioned job).Total: 50 points
