Learning Goal: I’m working on a management writing question and need guidance to help me learn.Throughout the semester you have learned about many different topics, completed assignments, participated in discussions, and focused on a number of readings.Now it is time to put it all together. This assignment is an opportunity for you to think about what you have learned and plan how you will take action with your new-found knowledge. Approach your plan as a chance to synthesize what you have learned about yourself, others, and good management. Now, envision yourself in a current (or future) management or leadership role. Reflecting on your work this semester, in a 3 to 5 page, double spaced, 12 point font paper, answer the following questions:1.
