Learning Goal: I’m working on a management question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.Hiring and placing the “right” people is critically important to the advancement and success of any organization. Some organizations have a “promote from within” strategy where others are more apt to bring in an external candidate. Which strategy do you feel is most beneficial and why? Does your opinion change when your organization has locations in multiple countries? If so, then how, and if not then why not? Be specific and provide at least two examples. Your initial response to the discussion question should be 300 words. You must have at least one course (our text) and one non-course scholarly/peer reviewed source in your initial posting. Sources require in-text citations and must be incorporated into the body of the post in addition to a full APA citation at the end of the post.
