In this lesson, you learned about developing a strong ethics program, the importance of control systems for maintaining an ethical culture, ethical leadership and communication, normative business ethics, the humanistic business model, and bias. It is time to apply what you have learned by completing a report focused on developing an ethics plan to present to the executive management team as a result of a company expansion initiative.
You will complete research on a specific country to complete a written report using the Lesson 6 Project Report Template in Microsoft Word.
Your report must include at least one citation from the textbook at a minimum. Additional sources may be used. Directly quoted material should make up no more than 10 to 20% of your presentation. The balance of the content should be your own words.
Make sure to cite any references you use. All references must be cited in APA format as noted in Lesson 0.
