I need help with :
1- Explore the skills needed to run a business successfully
2- Explore good practice from similar or comparable training programmes
3- Create the framework for the training programme, setting out the topics covered, learning outcomes/impact and rationale for choosing the topics (Why do entrepreneurs need to understand these skills?)
4- Provide a series of key recommendations to the BIC with a clear action plan.
